The Voices of Change ensemble was founded in 1974 by Jo Boatright, pianist, and the late Ross Powell, clarinetist to bring new chamber music to Dallas and North Texas audiences. In the more than 40 years since our founding, the personnel have changed, but our vision remains constant. More than 40 years later, we continue to be the only chamber ensemble in Dallas that promotes, produces and performs only music by 20th and 21st century composers.

Voices of Change has toured the U.S. and Europe, performing in places such as New York, London and The Hague.
